How long does it take to fit? 

Normally 1 day for a standard staircase.

How long from ordering to completion?

We aim to have all jobs completed within 4 to 5 weeks of ordering.

D.i.y orders 2 to 3 weeks from time of order.

What types of woods are available?

Oak, Knotty Pine, Mahogany plus others on request.

What finishes are available?

We can customise all our products to your requirements. 

Can it be fitted to concrete or an existing wooden staircase?

Are your products pre-finished?

All our products are pre-finished.

How much does it cost?

Because every staircase is different and we supply a vast range of products each job has to be priced on its own merits.  Our unique stair cladding system costs considerably less compared to other alternatives.

If I have young children at home, should I consider your stair cladding system?

Staircase’s are traditionally one of the most dangerous areas in a home, people should always take care with young children – we suggest child gates at top and bottom of the staircase as you would with any other stair covering.

Is it noisy?

We have found it is not as noisy as a traditional wooden staircase, due to our unique bonding process, which helps deaden the sound.

I have squeaky stair threads, will it stop the noise?

Majority of time it will stop the noise, but will depend on the condition of the stairs.
